A retreat offers a secluded space dedicated to the practice of yoga and meditation. We are working on bringing a retreat in Bangor, PA in the near future; fall of 2024 or spring of 2025.

One Tall Order (OTO) was established by these two  yoginis who have a passion for yoga, mindfulness, and fun! Playful, bold, and unapologetic, OTO was created to offer a unique approach to retreats, corporate events, private parties or simply a session of your choice.
